Adroit Outcomes offer Personal Care and In Home support that can help you to maintain your independence by keeping your home environment neat and tidy, we also empower you to increase your own skills in this area, according to your needs & send the most appropriate supports.
When participants require support in their home, we match and send support that helps them live independently as possible while helping them with day-to-day tasks. We understand that there is no such place as home and thus we want you to stay your own way whether it is Birthdays and Christmas or any other ordinary day with the right help from Adroit Outcomes, it is possible!
Our Personal Care and In Home Support services includes help with a wide range of different services depending on participants needs :
- Aged Care for elderly, help with day-to-day tasks
- Personal care like helping you shower, shave, wash your hair or dress
- Getting home modified to make it easier and safer to live there
- Maintaining health by ensuring you take the right medications at the right time, get to health appointments or do physiotherapy exercises.
In-home support and carers can help individual live independently while they pursue their work, education or other interests. Our support will support participants through their life’s moments while keeping the place clean, well maintained and helping with activities like personal hygiene and grooming, meal preparation, maintaining community connections etc.
